Managed a cross-sector partnership between the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) and Royal DSM with the goal of developing low-cost, nutritional food products for vulnerable groups such as pregnant women and children under 5. Responsibilities included relationship management, government advocacy and fundraising for nutrition, representation of Royal DSM on external platforms, support to our internal food scientists with project management and internal engagement of 23,000 employees. The partnership resulted in impacting over 10 million beneficiaries with improved nutrition.

Partnership Innovation. UNICEF Consultancy Project on Innovative Partnership Models.

Conducted an extensive analysis of innovative partnerships at the global level of UNICEF, using insights to offer strategic recommendations for UNICEF Netherlands aimed at enhancing and expanding their partnership portfolio. The objective was to identify current engagement opportunities for Dutch corporates and integrate key learnings and best practices into the local chapter’s partnership strategy, maximizing impact and cultivating valuable collaborations.

Co-founded RAMP (Reducing Antibiotic Manufacturing Pollution), a cross-sector partnership uniting pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, and civil society organizations. Through collaborative efforts, we tackled antibiotic manufacturing pollution with innovative solutions, advancing sustainability practices in the pharmaceutical industry to curb antimicrobial resistance. Our initiative aimed to safeguard public health and promote environmental stewardship across global supply chains.

In collaboration with leading sustainability organizations including Royal DSM, TruePrice, and Worldconnectors, co-authored the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Charter. This manifesto outlines how the business community and civil society can contribute to the SDGs and serves as a model for other countries seeking to foster cross-sector partnerships and deliver impactful sustainability initiatives. Our joint efforts garnered international recognition and promoted a global dialogue on integrating sustainability into corporate strategies and community development.
